Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
